Rachel Lundberg, ERYT 500, ABYS L2, YACEP

Rachel brings over 25 years of experience in body movement to her yoga teaching and teacher training programs. Trained originally as a dancer, Rachel has studied all styles of dance with an emphasis in modern and classical ballet. After the birth of her third child, she began taking yoga classes and instantly fell in love. She was fortunate enough to be introduced to the Iyengar style of yoga from her very first class. Her yoga training has focused extensively on proper alignment, detailed instruction, anatomy, and yoga therapeutics. Rachel has been teaching yoga to all ages and levels since 2006 and is passionate about guiding her students toward increased body awareness, strength, and flexibility through the practice of yoga.

Rachel’s teaching is dedicated to meeting people where they are at in any aspect of their physical movement and life. She approaches her teaching from her heart, coupled with her deep understanding of the how the body moves in safe and sustainable ways. Because of her own journey through chronic illness and her deep dive into personal expansion, Rachel invites those she teaches into their own heart-wisdom through movement, story, laughter, and connection.

Rachel Lundberg is the creator of the Lundberg Yoga School which offers 200 hour and 300 hour certifications in Alignment Based Yoga. She is also the creator of the Alignment Based Yoga Specialist (ABYS) certification available through her teacher training programs.
